Winter Care Kit

Published by arnARI on July 25, 2025July 25, 2025

Every year, as winter approaches, we start donations of our Winter Care Kit- it is a combo pack of one thick, rugged blanket, and a pair of thick, woollen socks.

We searched in a lot of shops to find these blankets and woollen socks. We wanted to make sure that they were rugged, and also sturdy enough to withstand rough use, and wear and tear. The blanket and socks are both very thick and warm and can help to brave the most bitter winter chill. The socks are also long enough to keep the legs nicely covered, right up to the knees.

We donate most of the Winter Care Kits to daily wage labourers at construction sites, the homeless who sleep under flyovers, and rickshaw pullers and auto drivers who work late nights.

Our Winter Care Kit includes a thick rugged blanket (costs ₹100) and a pair of thick woollen socks (cost ₹90). You can donate a Winter Care Kit for ₹190 and help someone brave the winter chill!
